Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pembelajaran, khususnya pengaruhnya terhadap penguatan literasi digital dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Sabilal Muhtadin NW Lopok. Inti permasalahan terletak pada kesenjangan antara kemudahan akses informasi melalui AI dan ketidaksiapan kognitif siswa dalam memproses data secara reflektif serta kritis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik tematik Braun dan Clarke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI berperan sebagai mitra kognitif yang memperkuat literasi digital siswa dalam hal navigasi informasi, namun kemampuan berpikir kritis berkembang signifikan hanya ketika interaksi dengan AI didampingi oleh scaffolding guru. Selain itu, ditemukan kecenderungan ketergantungan kognitif pada AI yang dapat melemahkan daya refleksi jika tanpa pengawasan pedagogis. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa AI efektif sebagai media pembelajaran reflektif, asalkan didukung desain instruksional berbasis pertanyaan terbuka dan pembimbingan aktif guru. Implikasi penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan AI secara etis dan reflektif, serta mendorong studi longitudinal tentang dampak jangka panjang penggunaan AI di pendidikan.
