The actualization of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in shaping the religious character of students in Madrasah. This study aims to describe the implementation of PAI through intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities, and analyze its contribution to fostering students' religious character. The study used a qualitative-descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis following the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results show that PAI learning in the classroom does not only focus on mastering cognitive material, but also emphasizes the internalization of values through teacher role models and behavior-based assessments. Co-curricular activities such as congregational prayer, tadarus (Islamic recitation), and religious habituation programs have been shown to strengthen students' spiritual attitudes, discipline, and responsibility. Meanwhile, extracurricular activities including religious organizations, short-term Islamic boarding schools, and community service contribute to the development of empathy, solidarity, and religious moderation. A religious school environment, supportive leadership, and parental involvement are important factors that strengthen the formation of religious character. In general, this research confirms that the integrative and sustainable actualization of Islamic Religious Education is able to form a generation that is noble, tolerant, and ready to face the challenges of modern social life.
